Terms of Use
Purchaser
GSQ is a B2B wholesaler of goods for use in manufacture or for onward sale by retailers. By making a purchase with us, you warrant and represent that you are either a manufacturer or retailer (or equivalent) and that you are not a consumer purchasing any items.
VAT
GSQ is VAT registered with registration number 445 2329 03. When supplying goods to any purchaser in the UK, VAT will be chargeable. When supplying other countries, we will not charge VAT unless required to do so.
Use of goods
The items sold by GSQ are intended for legitimate use as intended by the manufacturer. The lawful and proper use of any product supplied is a condition of sale.
By making a purchase of any item from GSQ any individual purchasing goods represents that they are 18 years of age or older and agree to follow all manufacturer instructions or specifications. Improper use may void any applicable warranty and illegal use of products could subject the user to fines, penalties and/or imprisonment.
GSQ is not authorised to sell or distribute medical devices and none of the products supplied are intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent any ailment, disease or other condition. The products supplied are not designed or intended for use with materials other than those specified, including materials that are not lawful, allergenic, poisonous or which may cause harm.
Battery Safety
Some products that we supply contain Lithium Ion batteries which can be dangerous if mishandled. It is your responsibility to use and care for your device and batteries in a safe and responsible manner.
We always recommend that you use the recommended battery for any items that do not include their own power source.
Purchases and payment
GSQ will arrange for products to be shipped once full payment has been received. For certain orders such as custom designed orders, GSQ may outline specific payment terms. Failure to settle any payments due to GSQ within the timeframe specified shall entitle GSQ to claim interest on all sums due at a rate of 7 per cent above the Bank of England Base rate at the relevant time plus all reasonable costs and expenses which GSQ shall incur in pursuing any purchaser for payment.
Customs and Import Fees for International Customers
Customers located outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duties, taxes and administration fees by the shipping agent and/or customs services in their own country. These fees are charged independently and are not included in shipping and handling fees. These are payable by the customer and you may be contacted directly by customs or local shipping agents to arrange payment before delivery of the order. In the event goods cannot be delivered, any applicable fees will be deducted from any potential refunds.
GSQ is not responsible for any items that are seized by your country’s customs, so please confirm that the items are permitted by your customs before placing an order.
In the event that local authorities or our courier agents require information or payment prior to delivery, this is your responsibility and not the responsibility of GSQ. In the event of any return or destruction, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs or loss.
Shipping Forwarders
GSQ does not recommend the use of shipping forwarders as this can lead to issues with packaging or damage to goods. Any customer using a shipping forwarder does so at their own risk and shall be responsible for any issues that arise as a consequence or after the delivery by GSQ to the shipping instructions provided.

GSQ reserves all rights such as copyright in respect of all design, text, copy, videos, graphic design elements, photography, source code and software.

All use of any materials from this website or provided by GSQ to the customer shall not be used for any purposes without prior permission of GSQ.
Governing Law and Contract Formation
Any contract formed or arrangement made with GSQ shall be governed and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction.
A contract shall be considered to be in place once GSQ provides confirmation of shipping of any product ordered by a customer.
Refusal of Transaction
GSQ reserves the right to withdraw any products from sale at any time or amend details of products in any materials produced at any time. GSQ may refuse in its discretion to refuse to process a transaction. GSQ shall not be liable to you or a third party as a consequence of any withdrawal of a product for sale, amendments to materials or the refusal to process a transaction.

GSQ may use cookies for the proper use of its website. Details of any cookies and your preferences regarding those will be contained in the cookie bar.
