Returns, refunds, replacement and exchanges
We do not ordinarily accept returns of products except in case of faulty products, or as otherwise set out by our suppliers in their own policy. In the case of faulty products, please inspect products within 48 hours of receipt and notify us as soon as you become aware of any faults. We reserve the right to confirm all faults prior to issuing any refunds. No refunds are available for damage caused by wear and tear, user error, accident or misuse. No refund will be available for any faults known prior to purchase.
Please note that GSQ will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses including loss of profits or other economic or commercial losses, except as provided for in your statutory rights.
