Delivery
Delivery services that we offer may allow you to select a “safe place” or instruct the courier to leave the item at a specified pick up location. When you provide delivery instructions you accept responsibility for any loss that may occur following delivery in line with instructions. Please note that once shipped, our couriers may not allow changes to delivery addresses.
We endeavour to provide next-day delivery service on orders placed before 12pm, UK time. This may be affected if your order is particularly large or if there are other unforseen issues or challenges. We will endeavour to keep you updated on any order so that you have full visibility of progress.
